Culture & Change

Culture eats strategy for breakfast. It’s hard to find someone today, who doesn’t know this famous quote by Peter Drucker. But despite our knowledge of the importance of culture, we are struggling with actualising it in our organizations.

With the Culture and change conference track, we bring together changemakers for intense learning, knowledge sharing, and best practices for fostering a culture of openness, collaboration, and engagement. You will get insights into successes and failures from within major organizations, as well as hands-on methods for your own work; building the foundation for successful adoption of new tools, productivity, and long term innovation.

Our workplaces are taking off - but to where? Hands-on with new evolutionizing practices

Conversations around purpose and happiness at work are in focus these days. But where is this evolution taking us?

In this talk, Line Mørkbak will share her findings from her project LEAP Laboratory, and focus on what trends she has found through interviewing and working with changemakers. During the past year, Line has worked closely with individuals and organizations who are experimenting with different ways of thinking workplace structures and collaboration. The goal of LEAP Lab is to learn from workplace experiments currently being undertaken by forward-thinking organizations around the globe.

In her talk we will learn about the value of cross-pollinating ideas and what can be gained from learning through constant discovery. Teal Organization, self-organization, remote first, and holacracy can become empty buzz words, but the talk will shed light on how these ideas materialize themselves in day-to-day work practices. And more than that - how these new practices are evolutionizing our workplaces.
